When you request a quote, make a booking, contact us or amend a move, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number when supplied, collection and delivery details, move date, inventory, access information, selected services and payment status.
How we use your information
We use this information to calculate and send quotations, arrange and manage bookings, take secure payments, communicate about your move, provide customer support, prevent misuse and improve our service.
Payments and service providers
Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. We may use trusted providers for email, hosting, mapping, databases and operational support. They receive only the information needed to provide their service.
Quote follow-ups
If you request an online quote, we may send limited follow-up emails about that quote. You can ask us to stop these emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for quotations, bookings, customer service, legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses. Some information may need to be retained where the law or a completed transaction requires it.
